How can I make a reservation?

You can make reservation by email or by booking form. You can also make by phone or fax.

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can pay online by Paypal or in cash to our driver when you reach your destination.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes of course, we can change or cancel your reservation before 24 hours your flight, if you reported.

What I do if my flight is delayed?

Don’t worry if your flight into Istanbul Airports is delayed – we monitor flight times and will be waiting until you arrive – at no extra charge!

How we will find our driver on our arrival?

Our driver will be welcoming you on the arrivals hall, with a signboard and your name will be written on it.

How long does it take from Istanbul Ataturk Airport to the city centre?

The journey from Ataturk Airport to city center takes around 25 minutes by car. If there is heavy traffic it may take up to one hour.

How long does it take from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) to the city centre?

The journey from Sabiha Gokcen Airport to city centre takes around 40 minutes by car. If there is heavy traffic it may take up to one and half hour.

What are your vehicles like?

Istanbul Shuttle Service vehicles are white, silver and black minivans. All our vans are air-conditioned and non-smoking.

Do you provide child/baby seats ?

Yes, we do provide Free baby seats (upon request) for Private transfers. Please note that you are responsible for the fitting of your child in the seat.
